Le projet CHLaYdoscope vise \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership communautaire des jeunes (YCL) par le biais d'un programme innovant de mentorat et d'\u00e9ducation non formelle con\u00e7u et dispens\u00e9 par des leaders europ\u00e9ens exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s du Creative Hub (ECHL). La principale priorit\u00e9 que le projet veut aborder: \u00abPromouvoir la citoyennet\u00e9 active, le sens de l\u2019initiative des jeunes et l\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes, y compris social\u00bb.
