L\u2019activit\u00e9 de renforcement des partenariats (PBA) du r\u00e9seau DYPALL intitul\u00e9e \u00abParticipation des jeunes aux d\u00e9mocraties locales durables\u00bb \u00e0 la 22e universit\u00e9 sur la jeunesse et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Mollina, en Espagne, a eu lieu du 17 au 24 septembre 2023. Le PBA est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tablissement de liens entre les municipalit\u00e9s et les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile travaillant sur la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision locale afin de renforcer la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la conception des politiques locales, en particulier environnementales. Ces activit\u00e9s sont organis\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL avec le soutien du programme Erasmus+ par l'interm\u00e9diaire de l'agence nationale portugaise. L'UYD est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement international pour la jeunesse dans le cadre du programme conjoint iLEGEND III cofinanc\u00e9 par l'Union europ\u00e9enne et le Conseil de
