L\u2019activit\u00e9 de renforcement des partenariats (PBA) du r\u00e9seau DYPALL, intitul\u00e9e \u00abConstruire des synergies pour des d\u00e9mocraties locales durables\u00bb, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie de la d\u00e9mocratie d\u2019hiver du 11 au 16 d\u00e9cembre au Centre de la jeunesse de Lisbonne, au Portugal. Le PBA sert de plate-forme pour la mise en r\u00e9seau et la connaissance des organisations europ\u00e9ennes travaillant dans le domaine de la participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local.
