L'activit\u00e9 a eu lieu du 1er au 6 septembre \u00e0 Altamura, en Italie, r\u00e9unissant les m\u00eames 16 jeunes leaders de 11 pays diff\u00e9rents (d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/climbing-the-ladder-fostering-a-culture-of-youth-engagement-cl-ye-training-for-the-pool-of-youth-facilitators-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">avril dernier au Portugal<\/a>), qui sont tous activement engag\u00e9s dans le secteur de la jeunesse au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux principaux objectifs de la r\u00e9union strat\u00e9gique \u00e9taient les suivants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de se reconnecter et d'explorer les d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9cents des projets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u00e9er un plan strat\u00e9gique avec des objectifs communs et des actions (locales) possibles pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un impact dans leurs communaut\u00e9s, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 des m\u00e9canismes de participation des jeunes de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sessions cl\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0L'activit\u00e9, soutenue par deux facilitateurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, comprenait:<br>\u2013 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un manifeste de groupe pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 une vision partag\u00e9e et \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 de groupe;<br>\u2013 des ateliers parall\u00e8les sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la politique de la jeunesse et les \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s pour demander des possibilit\u00e9s de financement de l\u2019UE;<br>\u2013 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un plan strat\u00e9gique pour la r\u00e9serve de jeunes facilitateurs pour la d\u00e9mocratie;<br>\u2013 pr\u00e9parer une lettre d\u2019inspiration pour les parties prenantes qui utiliseront la plateforme num\u00e9rique du projet;<br>\u2013 mise \u00e0 jour de la structure et du contenu de l\u2019individu\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abBo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour les animateurs de jeunesse\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette deuxi\u00e8me activit\u00e9 en personne a \u00e9t\u00e9 une \u00e9tape cruciale du projet, permettant \u00e0 la r\u00e9serve de facilitateurs de continuer \u00e0 investir dans le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper davantage les r\u00e9sultats du projet et \u00e0 concevoir des actions de suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet CL-YE est coordonn\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en partenariat avec Europiamo ETS (Italie), YEPP EUROPE (Allemagne), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norv\u00e8ge), EDYN (Slovaquie), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (France) et SQLearn (Gr\u00e8ce), et est cofinanc\u00e9 par le programme Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
