Au sein de la \u00abClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement (CL-YE)\u00bb (\u00c9lever l\u2019\u00e9chelle \u2013 Favoriser une culture de l\u2019engagement des jeunes)<\/em><\/strong> Dans le cadre de ce projet, le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a organis\u00e9 le premier cours de formation pour le pool de facilitateurs de la jeunesse pour la d\u00e9mocratie. La formation a eu lieu du 7 au 12 avril \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o, au Portugal, r\u00e9unissant 16 jeunes leaders de 11 pays diff\u00e9rents, qui sont tous activement engag\u00e9s dans le secteur de la jeunesse au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'objectif principal de cette formation \u00e9tait de doter les jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 25 ans des outils, des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour aider les organisations \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre ou \u00e0 renforcer les m\u00e9canismes d'engagement des jeunes. En utilisant des m\u00e9thodologies d'\u00e9ducation non formelle et guid\u00e9s par des formateurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immerg\u00e9s dans un environnement d'apprentissage dynamique o\u00f9 ils pouvaient partager leurs exp\u00e9riences, d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences et cr\u00e9er des r\u00e9seaux avec des pairs de toute l'Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Explorer les aptitudes et les comp\u00e9tences d'un facilitateur jeunesse
\u25aa Ateliers parall\u00e8les sur le financement de l'UE et la recherche dans le secteur de la jeunesse
\u25aa Introduction \u00e0 la publication CL-YE \u00abLignes directrices sur les mod\u00e8les et m\u00e9canismes de participation des jeunes\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa D\u00e9veloppement de la \u00abBo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour les animateurs de jeunesse\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette formation initiale est une \u00e9tape importante dans l'initiative CL-YE. Le groupe de facilitateurs se r\u00e9unira \u00e0 nouveau pour une r\u00e9union strat\u00e9gique en Italie, organis\u00e9e en coop\u00e9ration avec Syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission d'Europiamo<\/strong>, poursuivre le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopper davantage les r\u00e9sultats du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet CL-YE est coordonn\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en partenariat avec Europiamo ETS (Italie), YEPP EUROPE (Allemagne), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norv\u00e8ge), EDYN (Slovaquie), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (France) et SQLearn (Gr\u00e8ce), et est cofinanc\u00e9 par le programme Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
