Du 8 au 11 avril 2025, le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a organis\u00e9 la visite d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00abEngagement des jeunes pour de meilleures communaut\u00e9s\u00bb \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o, au Portugal. L'activit\u00e9 a r\u00e9uni des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs et des repr\u00e9sentants locaux afin d'explorer des strat\u00e9gies efficaces pour impliquer les jeunes dans les petites communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visite a port\u00e9 sur la fa\u00e7on dont les municipalit\u00e9s et les organisations de jeunesse de la r\u00e9gion de l'Algarve cr\u00e9ent des opportunit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques pour la participation des jeunes et la participation communautaire. En visitant une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'acteurs locaux, les participants ont pu examiner diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les et pratiques qui contribuent \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 inclusive et active des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le programme a commenc\u00e9 par une visite \u00e0 Loja Ponto J\u00e1, o\u00f9 les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au sein du r\u00e9seau DYPALL ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, offrant aux participants un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019approche adopt\u00e9e par l\u2019organisation pour renforcer la participation des jeunes au niveau local gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration entre les municipalit\u00e9s et les organisations de jeunesse. Par la suite, la session suivante a port\u00e9 sur l'espace lui-m\u00eame, puisque Loja Ponto J\u00e1 sert de point jeunesse et d'espace dynamique pour les activit\u00e9s, l'information et le dialogue dirig\u00e9s par les jeunes. Les participants ont appris comment l'espace fonctionne \u00e0 la fois comme un m\u00e9canisme de soutien aux activit\u00e9s locales des jeunes et comme un point de rencontre central o\u00f9 les jeunes peuvent s'engager dans la vie civique et sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visite \u00e0 MOJU, une association de jeunes bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Olh\u00e3o, a mis en \u00e9vidence une dimension diff\u00e9rente de l'animation socio-\u00e9ducative, en mettant fortement l'accent sur l'intervention communautaire, l'inclusion sociale et l'\u00e9ducation non formelle. L'\u00e9change a permis aux participants de comprendre comment les initiatives locales peuvent conduire \u00e0 des changements pratiques, en particulier dans les contextes de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 sociale, o\u00f9 l'intervention municipale est plus difficile \u00e0 atteindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, une visite \u00e0 Teia D\u2019Impulsos, une organisation bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o travaillant dans des domaines sociaux, culturels et sportifs, a donn\u00e9 un exemple pratique de la mani\u00e8re dont des approches multidisciplinaires peuvent renforcer les liens communautaires et promouvoir la citoyennet\u00e9 active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout au long de la visite d'\u00e9tude, le groupe a pu rencontrer des repr\u00e9sentants des municipalit\u00e9s de Portim\u00e3o, Faro, Olh\u00e3o, Lagoa et Silves, chacun pr\u00e9sentant ses diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies pour soutenir la participation des jeunes \u00e0 diverses r\u00e9alit\u00e9s territoriales, des centres urbains c\u00f4tiers aux petites villes int\u00e9rieures. Ces moments ont permis aux participants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont les diff\u00e9rents contextes fa\u00e7onnent diff\u00e9rentes difficult\u00e9s dans le r\u00f4le du soutien municipal en mati\u00e8re d'autonomisation des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visite d'\u00e9tude a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une plate-forme pr\u00e9cieuse pour l'\u00e9change de connaissances, d'exp\u00e9riences et d'inspiration autour de la participation des jeunes dans des contextes \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle. En t\u00e9moignant des diff\u00e9rentes approches locales en action, les participants sont partis avec des id\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes et une motivation renouvel\u00e9e pour mettre en \u0153uvre des pratiques participatives dans leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en collaboration avec Vedogiovane et cofinanc\u00e9e par l'Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
