Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a particip\u00e9 au Conf\u00e9rence europ\u00e9enne de la jeunesse: \u00abLes jeunes dans la vie locale et r\u00e9gionale: La d\u00e9mocratie en action!\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> tenue \u00e0 Braga du 5 au 7 f\u00e9vrier. Coorganis\u00e9 par le D\u00e9partement de la Jeunesse du Conseil de l'Europe<\/a> et la Centre jeunesse Braga<\/a>, avec le soutien du Congr\u00e8s des pouvoirs locaux et r\u00e9gionaux<\/a>, le Municipalit\u00e9 de Braga<\/a>, le Institut portugais des sports et de la jeunesse<\/a>, et le Forum europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse<\/a>, la conf\u00e9rence s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision aux niveaux local et r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rassemblant environ 150 jeunes leaders et repr\u00e9sentants de 42 pays europ\u00e9ens, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a fourni une plate-forme pour discuter de la r\u00e9vision de la Charte europ\u00e9enne de la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la vie locale et r\u00e9gionale<\/a><\/span>.<\/em> Les participants ont examin\u00e9 les moyens de faire entendre la voix des jeunes dans les structures de gouvernance, avec des responsabilit\u00e9s d\u00e9finies en mati\u00e8re de mise en \u0153uvre, de suivi et de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La conf\u00e9rence comportait un programme engageant et diversifi\u00e9, comprenant des groupes de travail th\u00e9matiques, des tables rondes et des s\u00e9ances interactives portant sur des questions cl\u00e9s telles que l'inclusivit\u00e9, l'accessibilit\u00e9 et les strat\u00e9gies de communication num\u00e9rique. L'un des r\u00e9sultats cruciaux de ces discussions a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'appel en faveur de lignes directrices de mise en \u0153uvre plus claires, de directives plus strictes et d'un soutien accru aux groupes de jeunes marginalis\u00e9s afin de garantir une participation significative et \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence, en explorant, avec les autres participants, les d\u00e9fis auxquels les jeunes sont confront\u00e9s. La participation du r\u00e9seau a renforc\u00e9 l\u2019importance des efforts de collaboration pour favoriser une participation plus inclusive et plus efficace des jeunes aux niveaux local et r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
