Le groupe consultatif du projet CL-YE a tenu sa premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union en pr\u00e9sentiel du 3 au 6 d\u00e9cembre 2024 \u00e0 Bruxelles, en Belgique. Le Groupe consultatif sur l'engagement des jeunes est un groupe de 12 experts de diff\u00e9rents pays d'Europe ayant une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te des m\u00e9canismes, des structures et des mod\u00e8les d'engagement des jeunes avec pour mission de soutenir le consortium du projet CL-YE dans la planification, la recherche et la r\u00e9alisation des principaux r\u00e9sultats du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9union du groupe consultatif, dirig\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL et accueillie par l'AER, a permis aux experts de discuter et de partager un terrain d'entente et des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 mesure qu'ils plongeaient dans diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes de participation des jeunes \u00e0 travers l'Europe. Ils ont pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer sur les points forts et les \u00absurveillances\u00bb, les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9ussite et les indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes \u2014 conseils de la jeunesse, ambassadeurs de la jeunesse, groupes consultatifs de la jeunesse, groupes de pilotage de la jeunesse et recherche men\u00e9e par les jeunes, entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'objectif principal de cette r\u00e9union \u00e9tait de recueillir les contributions des experts sur les lignes directrices qualitatives, la publication \u00e0 \u00e9laborer dans le cadre du projet qui fournira au moins 8 lignes directrices diff\u00e9rentes (plans \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape) pour diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes d'engagement des jeunes, qui sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 guider les praticiens, les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et d'autres parties prenantes dans l'\u00e9laboration et la mise en place de tels mod\u00e8les d'engagement des jeunes, par le biais d'un processus transparent, inclusif et participatif, conform\u00e9ment aux bonnes pratiques et aux recommandations dans le domaine de la jeunesse. Les membres du groupe consultatif ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s sur la plateforme qui sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en 2025 afin d\u2019orienter les praticiens et les d\u00e9cideurs politiques dans la mise en place de m\u00e9canismes d\u2019engagement des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe consultatif a \u00e9galement rejoint une partie du programme du CL-YE qui se d\u00e9roulait bien en parall\u00e8le afin de visiter et d'en apprendre davantage sur les organes de d\u00e9cision et les institutions europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet est men\u00e9 par DYPALL Network en partenariat avec Syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission d'Europiamo<\/a> (Italie), YEPP EUROPE<\/a> (Allemagne), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norv\u00e8ge), EDYN<\/a> (Slovaquie), @Assembl\u00e9e des r\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 REA<\/a> (France), SQLearn<\/a> (Gr\u00e8ce) financ\u00e9 par le programme Erasmus+ European Youth Together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
