Troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re visite d\u2019\u00e9tude du projet \u00abClimbing the Ladder: Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement CL-YE\u00bb s\u2019est tenue du 2 au 6 d\u00e9cembre 2024 \u00e0 Bruxelles, en Belgique, sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des r\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe (ARE). Cette rencontre a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants du consortium du projet afin de nouer des liens avec les principales institutions europ\u00e9ennes et d\u2019examiner la mani\u00e8re dont les perspectives des jeunes sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels aux niveaux r\u00e9gional et europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les participants ont assist\u00e9 au Bureau d\u2019automne de l\u2019AER au Parlement europ\u00e9en, en observant les processus d\u00e9cisionnels qui fa\u00e7onnent les r\u00e9gions europ\u00e9ennes. Au Bureau de liaison du Conseil de l'Europe, la conseill\u00e8re politique Aleksandra Celar a partag\u00e9 des informations sur les efforts visant \u00e0 promouvoir la participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9mocratiques. Les participants ont explor\u00e9 les possibilit\u00e9s de financement d\u2019Erasmus+ avec l\u2019Agence ex\u00e9cutive europ\u00e9enne pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la culture, en s\u2019informant sur le soutien aux initiatives d\u2019engagement des jeunes dans toute l\u2019Europe. La r\u00e9union avec Susannah Hallgren, du groupe ad hoc du CESE sur la jeunesse, a mis en \u00e9vidence les r\u00e9ussites et les d\u00e9fis de l\u2019int\u00e9gration du point de vue des jeunes dans les processus consultatifs de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ils ont \u00e9galement eu l'occasion de rencontrer des repr\u00e9sentants du Forum europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse et du Conseil de la Jeunesse Belgique, afin d'explorer comment les voix des jeunes fa\u00e7onnent la gouvernance et le plaidoyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visite \u00e0 Bruxelles a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante du projet CL-YE, apr\u00e8s les visites pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e0 Bratislava et \u00e0 Vienne. Les participants ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux enseignements tir\u00e9s et ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la collaboration transfronti\u00e8re pour amplifier la voix des jeunes dans la gouvernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Escalade de l'\u00e9chelle: La promotion d\u2019une culture de l\u2019engagement des jeunes (CL-YE) est men\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en partenariat avec Europiamo (Italie), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norv\u00e8ge), EDYN (Slovaquie), YEPP Europe (Allemagne), l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des r\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER (France) et SQ Learn (Gr\u00e8ce), dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
