Du 12 au 18 ao\u00fbt, le premier visite d'\u00e9tude<\/strong> de la Escalade de l'\u00e9chelle: favoriser une culture de l\u2019engagement des jeunes (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> Le projet a eu lieu \u00e0 Bod\u00f8, en Norv\u00e8ge, qui est la premi\u00e8re capitale europ\u00e9enne de la culture au nord du cercle polaire arctique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les participants des organisations partenaires ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la Acad\u00e9mie d' \u00e9t\u00e9 AER<\/strong>, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement biennal, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-organis\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e avec le comt\u00e9 de Nordland. L'Acad\u00e9mie d'\u00e9t\u00e9 a r\u00e9uni des r\u00e9gions europ\u00e9ennes pour \u00e9changer les meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de participation et d'inclusion des jeunes par le biais de la culture. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a comport\u00e9 des tables rondes, des ateliers interactifs et une visite \u00e0 Kjerring\u00f8y<\/strong>, un site historique offrant un aper\u00e7u du patrimoine culturel norv\u00e9gien.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les derniers jours de la visite d'\u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension des structures et des cadres soutenant la participation des jeunes dans le Nordland. Les participants des organisations partenaires ont acquis une exp\u00e9rience de premi\u00e8re main en visitant Comt\u00e9 de Nordland<\/strong> et de dialoguer avec les repr\u00e9sentants de la Conseil jeunesse Nordland<\/strong>, le Programme jeunesse Unge Stormen<\/strong>, et Premi\u00e8re Scandinavie<\/strong>, une organisation pionni\u00e8re dans les m\u00e9thodes \u00e9ducatives innovantes. Ces visites ont permis de mieux comprendre l\u2019approche de Nordland en mati\u00e8re d\u2019engagement des jeunes et les structures de soutien du comt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les connaissances acquises seront compil\u00e9es dans un rapport complet pr\u00e9sentant diverses strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 renforcer l'engagement des jeunes, \u00e0 autonomiser les jeunes et \u00e0 fournir des ressources pratiques aux praticiens et aux d\u00e9cideurs politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Escalade de l'\u00e9chelle: La promotion d'une culture de l'engagement des jeunes (CL-YE) est dirig\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en partenariat avec Europiamo <\/a>(Italie), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norv\u00e8ge), EDYN <\/a>(Slovaquie), YEPP Europe<\/a> (Allemagne), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER<\/a> (France), et SQ Apprendre <\/a>(Gr\u00e8ce), dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
