Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a particip\u00e9 au cours de formation<\/strong> pour le \u00abJeunesse pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 active\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> projet du 11 au 17 d\u00e9cembre 2023, \u00e0 Ochojno, en Pologne. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par Fundacja Ornament et la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e par KRIK et DYPALL Network.<\/p>\n

Le projet \u00abJeunesse pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 active\u00bb vise \u00e0 cartographier les politiques de la jeunesse dans les municipalit\u00e9s locales, en cr\u00e9ant des ponts entre les jeunes, les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs des ONG et les autorit\u00e9s locales. Ce cours de formation \u00e9tait ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux connaissances des participants sur la participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels au moyen d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques innovants et d\u2019un apprentissage ludique.<\/p>\n

Au cours de la formation, 23 participants (jeunes et animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs) d\u2019Italie, de Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, de Pologne et du Portugal ont organis\u00e9 des sessions fond\u00e9es sur des m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019\u00e9ducation non formelle afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs connaissances et leurs comp\u00e9tences dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+ ou du processus d\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques en faveur de la jeunesse au niveau local. Ils pourraient \u00e9galement apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des partenariats et des r\u00e9seaux, tout en partageant les d\u00e9fis et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s. Une partie des sessions \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur les personnes handicap\u00e9es et moins favoris\u00e9es lorsque les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 analyser des sc\u00e9narios concrets afin de cr\u00e9er des solutions en fonction de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de leur communaut\u00e9. La formation a \u00e9galement mis en \u00e9vidence les produits intellectuels d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les partenaires (un webinaire, quatre vid\u00e9os \u00e9ducatives et une animation sur les communaut\u00e9s intelligentes), qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s par tous les participants, afin d'am\u00e9liorer leur potentiel d'attractivit\u00e9 et de pertinence pour les jeunes publics.<\/p>\n

En plus des sessions de travail, ce cours de formation comprenait \u00e9galement des visites d'\u00e9tude. Les participants ont visit\u00e9 la ville de \u015awi\u0105tniki G\u00f3rne, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis par le maire, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les politiques locales en faveur de la jeunesse. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019un des axes de cette formation \u00e9tait l\u2019importance de la participation active des jeunes \u00e0 la vie politique, en soulignant l\u2019importance de la d\u00e9mocratie, les participants ont \u00e9galement visit\u00e9 les camps de concentration d\u2019Auschwitz et de Birkenau afin de voir les cons\u00e9quences de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la d\u00e9mocratie et les droits de l\u2019homme fondamentaux n\u2019\u00e9taient pas respect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le projet est men\u00e9 par Ornement de Fundajca<\/a> (Pologne), en partenariat avec le r\u00e9seau DYPALL, Centre pour l'activisme des jeunes KRIK \/ \u041a\u0420\u0418\u041a<\/span><\/a> (Mac\u00e9doine du Nord), Dark-1<\/span><\/a> (Mac\u00e9doine du Nord), Bangherang<\/span><\/a> (Italie), cofinanc\u00e9 par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+ et par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019Agence nationale polonaise.<\/p>\n
