{"id":6810,"date":"2023-12-06T16:43:41","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T16:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=6810"},"modified":"2024-06-06T09:41:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T09:41:27","slug":"designing-an-innovative-tool-highlights-from-the-phygital-youth-participation-kick-off-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/designing-an-innovative-tool-highlights-from-the-phygital-youth-participation-kick-off-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Concevoir un outil innovant: faits saillants de la r\u00e9union de lancement de la \u00abParticipation physique des jeunes\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de lancement du <strong><em>\u00abParticipation physique des jeunes \u2013 L\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique au service de d\u00e9mocraties locales plus fortes\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> projet qui s\u2019est tenu du 12 au 15 novembre 2023 \u00e0 Anvers, en Belgique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un <strong>outil phygital<\/strong> \u2013 une approche innovante combinant des strat\u00e9gies physiques et num\u00e9riques \u2013 pour encourager la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la gouvernance locale en vue d\u2019une \u00e9laboration efficace des politiques avec les jeunes.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet vise principalement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une plateforme unique permettant aux municipalit\u00e9s de recueillir efficacement les voix et les points de vue des jeunes. En outre, les partenaires visent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie pour encourager le dialogue des jeunes au niveau local. Il s\u2019agira notamment de lignes directrices compl\u00e8tes pour la conduite de consultations et de processus participatifs au moyen d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques, en promouvant des interactions dynamiques dans lesquelles les jeunes voix jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la gouvernance locale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'un des principaux objectifs du projet est d'am\u00e9liorer la sensibilisation et la participation des jeunes aux \u00e9lections europ\u00e9ennes. S'attaquant \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion que de nombreux jeunes \u00e9prouvent avec les syst\u00e8mes politiques conventionnels, l'initiative vise \u00e0 combler ce foss\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils innovants. En rendant le processus plus interactif, attrayant et accessible, le projet vise \u00e0 faciliter une connexion plus \u00e9troite entre les jeunes citoyens et les institutions de l\u2019UE, en favorisant des discussions politiques inclusives et repr\u00e9sentatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les prochaines \u00e9tapes impliquent la conception et le d\u00e9veloppement de l'outil en collaboration entre les partenaires, avec un \u00e9change continu d'id\u00e9es et de commentaires. Les phases de test associeront les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs et les jeunes, dans le but d\u2019affiner une nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie pour le dialogue des jeunes au niveau local et de former efficacement les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019outil num\u00e9rique dans un contexte phygital. L'objectif ultime est d'int\u00e9grer l'outil en tant que caract\u00e9ristique permanente permettant aux municipalit\u00e9s de s'engager de mani\u00e8re significative aupr\u00e8s des jeunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet \u00abPhygital Youth Participation \u2013 Digital Innovation for stronger local democracies\u00bb est une initiative pionni\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e par <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/treecompany.be\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'arbres<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Belgique) et DYPALL Network en partenariat avec <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/levuur.be\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Levuur<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Belgique), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/danesjenovdan.si\/en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danois Je Nov Dan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Slov\u00e9nie), <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Municipalit\u00e9 de Sint-Niklaas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Belgique) et le r\u00e9seau DYPALL dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
