Cette activit\u00e9 visait \u00e0 relier les municipalit\u00e9s et les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile travaillant sur la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision locale afin de renforcer la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la conception des politiques locales, en particulier environnementales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectif principal du PBA \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un espace d\u2019\u00e9change de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, de promouvoir les bonnes pratiques, les m\u00e9thodologies et les outils tout en d\u00e9veloppant des projets de coop\u00e9ration qui relient les jeunes, les politiques environnementales et les d\u00e9mocraties locales, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019UE en faveur de la jeunesse pour 2019-2027 et au programme Erasmus+. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques de ce PBA consistaient notamment \u00e0 r\u00e9unir des partenaires de tous les pays du r\u00e9seau afin de d\u00e9velopper leur connaissance du cadre de la politique europ\u00e9enne de la jeunesse, de la participation des jeunes et des projets en faveur de la d\u00e9mocratie. Il visait \u00e0 explorer comment la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de politiques environnementales locales contribue \u00e0 la construction de d\u00e9mocraties locales plus fortes, plus durables et plus pacifiques. En outre, le PBA a encourag\u00e9 l'\u00e9change d'expertise, d'exp\u00e9rience et de bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re d'animation socio-\u00e9ducative au niveau local, en mettant l'accent sur la cr\u00e9ation de partenariats fructueux et durables. L'objectif ultime \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux projets dans le cadre des programmes europ\u00e9ens existants qui pourraient \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9lais \u00e0 venir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les participants se sont pench\u00e9s sur le cadre du soutien fourni dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+, en examinant ses priorit\u00e9s et ses actions cl\u00e9s en tant qu\u2019outils pour soutenir leurs id\u00e9es de projet. Ils ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la cartographie des principaux d\u00e9fis environnementaux dans leurs communaut\u00e9s locales et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de partenariats durables pour relever ces d\u00e9fis avec le soutien du programme Erasmus+. En outre, ils ont engag\u00e9 un dialogue fructueux avec Tha\u00efs Leray, chef d\u2019\u00e9quipe pour la jeunesse au sein de l\u2019unit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de la jeunesse, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de la culture de la DG \u00abPartenariats internationaux\u00bb de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, qui a apport\u00e9 des informations pr\u00e9cieuses \u00e0 notre \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le PBA a eu lieu \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 sur la jeunesse et le d\u00e9veloppement, qui a rassembl\u00e9 240 participants de 70 nationalit\u00e9s pour participer \u00e0 9 activit\u00e9s qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment, avec un accent central sur le th\u00e8me:<em><strong> \u00abLes jeunes, la paix et le changement climatique\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>. L'UYD 2023 est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement international de la jeunesse dans le cadre de la <strong>iLEGEND III Programme commun<\/strong> cofinanc\u00e9 par le <strong>Union europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> et
