href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ADYNE Pays-Bas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ont eu lieu du 15 au 20 mai 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La visite d'\u00e9tude s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet <em><strong>\u00abStimuler la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision au niveau local 3\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, qui vise \u00e0 visiter, analyser, exp\u00e9rimenter et explorer les pratiques de participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels, en mettant particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019accent sur l\u2019inclusion des jeunes marginalis\u00e9s, tels que les jeunes migrants et les jeunes issus de l\u2019immigration, et en particulier \u00e0 partager les pratiques d\u00e9j\u00e0 mises en \u0153uvre pour les adapter \u00e0 leur propre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et renforcer les programmes existants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de la semaine, 26 animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs d\u2019OSC et d\u2019agents municipaux venus de Finlande, d\u2019Italie, de Lettonie, des Pays-Bas, de Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, de Pologne, du Portugal, de Roumanie, d\u2019Espagne, de Su\u00e8de et de Turquie ont eu l\u2019occasion de travailler ensemble et d\u2019observer des projets sp\u00e9cifiques sur la participation des jeunes migrants aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours des sessions, ils ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision au niveau local, ont partag\u00e9 leurs propres r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et ont discut\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis et des opportunit\u00e9s de l'animation socio-\u00e9ducative dans leurs contextes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les participants ont \u00e9galement eu l'occasion de visiter les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales traitant de l'autonomisation des jeunes, comme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popei.nl\/nld\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popei<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynamo-eindhoven.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centre jeunesse Dynamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, et de parler directement aux jeunes dans le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Jong040Eindhoven\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jong040<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le conseil des jeunes de la municipalit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la derni\u00e8re partie du programme, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leur travail au niveau local de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative et \u00e0 r\u00e9diger certaines actions pour l'avenir, en \u00e9laborant des strat\u00e9gies locales et un plan d'action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <strong>principaux objectifs<\/strong> \u00e9taient:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explorer, exp\u00e9rimenter et comprendre les d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques de la participation des jeunes migrants et des jeunes issus de l\u2019immigration;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visiter des exemples de bonnes pratiques bas\u00e9es sur l'interaction avec les organisations du projet et filtrer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer \u00e0 leur propre r\u00e9alit\u00e9;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offrir des possibilit\u00e9s de partenariat \u00e0 long terme entre les organisations actives dans le domaine de la participation des jeunes au niveau local pour les projets futurs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9er une collection de bonnes pratiques de participation des jeunes migrants et des jeunes issus de l'immigration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La visite d\u2019\u00e9tude est la deuxi\u00e8me des deux activit\u00e9s du \u00ab<em><strong>Stimuler la participation des jeunes au niveau local 3<\/strong><\/em>projet \u00ab, \u00e0 la suite de la visite d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00e0 Vila Nova de Gaia, au Portugal, qui a eu lieu en novembre 2022. L'activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\">ADYNE Pays-Bas<\/a>, financ\u00e9 par l\u2019agence nationale n\u00e9erlandaise du programme Erasmus +.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
