L\u2019activit\u00e9 a eu lieu au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse \u00e0 Strasbourg (France) du 24 au 29 avril 2022 et a r\u00e9uni 25 animateurs de jeunesse de 22 pays diff\u00e9rents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'objectif de la session d'\u00e9tude \u00e9tait de fournir un espace d'apprentissage pour engager et \u00e9quiper les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de jeunes, les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs, les repr\u00e9sentants des conseils locaux de la jeunesse et les structures de participation similaires avec des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences pratiques pour favoriser une participation significative des jeunes au niveau local dans toute l'Europe. Au cours de cette session d'\u00e9tude, les participants ont pu partager les opportunit\u00e9s et les menaces de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 dans le domaine de la participation des jeunes et examiner les bonnes pratiques et les outils existants pour favoriser leur participation au niveau local. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd'hui, nous partageons le rapport de la session d'\u00e9tude <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u00ab<\/b><b><i>gravir les \u00e9chelons \u2013 donner aux animateurs de jeunesse les moyens de faciliter la participation des jeunes au processus d\u00e9cisionnel au niveau local<\/i><\/b><b>\u00bb<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui donne au lecteur un aper\u00e7u g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des d\u00e9veloppements de la session et aide \u00e0 comprendre les conclusions et les exp\u00e9riences partag\u00e9es par les participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rapport pr\u00e9sente les diff\u00e9rentes parties de la session telles que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motivation, objectifs, programme, profil des participants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processus d'apprentissage fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par les attentes des participants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th\u00e9ories et m\u00e9thodologies appliqu\u00e9es, telles que le mod\u00e8le de RMSOS li\u00e9 \u00e0 la COVID-19, l\u2019analyse des r\u00f4les cl\u00e9s dans le domaine de la jeunesse, l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la participation des jeunes et le cycle de plaidoyer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques afin d\u2019\u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie de sensibilisation, de cr\u00e9er des r\u00e9seaux et d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles possibilit\u00e9s de suivi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9valuation concluante avec la perspicacit\u00e9 des participants et les r\u00e9sultats de la session.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La session d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00abClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL et l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des r\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe (AER), en coop\u00e9ration avec le d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe.
