Les deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s sur la base de m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9ducation non formelle et ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les moments d'autor\u00e9flexion, les activit\u00e9s de groupe, le partage d'exp\u00e9riences et les notions th\u00e9oriques fondamentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre le 5 et le 7, 12 animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs \u00e9taient r\u00e9unis dans <\/span><b>Logro\u00f1o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Espagne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e0:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comprendre le concept de <\/span><b>SIP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; <\/span><b>Projet d'impact social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et l'approche de la coproduction;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au processus de facilitation d'un PIS, au r\u00f4le du facilitateur, ainsi qu'aux comp\u00e9tences qu'il doit poss\u00e9der ou d\u00e9velopper; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apprendre \u00e0 favoriser la participation et l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du 24 au 28, 18 jeunes, suivis de 6 chefs d'\u00e9quipe de chaque organisation partenaire, se sont r\u00e9unis en <\/span><b>Ovar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Portugal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les objectifs de cette activit\u00e9 \u00e9taient les suivants:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">faciliter et soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement d'un \u00e9tat d'esprit de leadership;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comprendre le r\u00f4le de leader des jeunes et comment faciliter les \u00e9changes entre pairs; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collaboration;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences pratiques requises sur la mani\u00e8re de mettre en \u0153uvre les SIP;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fournir des conseils et des ressources \u00abaux doigts\u00bb des animateurs de jeunesse pour <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soutenir d'autres jeunes en tant que pairs en tant qu'ind\u00e9pendants, pour d\u00e9velopper des relations mutuelles <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soutenir et renforcer les m\u00e9canismes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les deux moments, <\/span><em><b>MPT \u2013 R\u00e9unions de projets transnationaux<\/b><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es afin de pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9tapes suivantes et de recueillir les retours d\u2019information des groupes pour l\u2019OI \u2013 Extrants intellectuels 2 et 3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un consortium de 6 organisations met en \u0153uvre <strong>RISIV<\/strong> projet :<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/eurocircle.fr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eurocircle \u2013 Europe Direct<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (France), <a
