Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tude intitul\u00e9e \u00abDigital Participation Tools for Youth Engagement in Local Governance\u00bb lors de la conf\u00e9rence internationale qui s\u2019est tenue le 2 juin 2022 \u00e0 Anvers, en Belgique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

L'\u00e9tude est une collection d'outils et de pratiques num\u00e9riques pour la participation des jeunes locaux aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels en Belgique, en Slov\u00e9nie, au Portugal, en Italie et dans toute l'Europe.\u00a0 La conf\u00e9rence \u00e9tait un espace pour que certains des outils de l'\u00e9tude soient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aux repr\u00e9sentants des municipalit\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 une conversation sur les d\u00e9fis, les opportunit\u00e9s et l'impact des outils num\u00e9riques sur les politiques locales de la jeunesse.<\/div>\n

Le fait de permettre la participation des jeunes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques est mentionn\u00e9 comme l\u2019une des pratiques innovantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019animation socio-\u00e9ducative dans une publication de la Commission europ\u00e9enne (D\u00e9velopper l\u2019animation socio-\u00e9ducative num\u00e9rique \u2013 Recommandations politiques, besoins de formation et exemples de bonnes pratiques \u00e0 l\u2019intention des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs et des d\u00e9cideurs: Groupe d\u2019experts cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans le cadre du plan de travail de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne en faveur de la jeunesse pour 2016-2018<\/em>). Les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour soutenir les structures et les processus existants de participation des jeunes ou pour encourager la participation en ligne dans des environnements en ligne ou une combinaison des deux qui peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n

Bien que certains travaux aient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour explorer l\u2019animation socio-\u00e9ducative num\u00e9rique en Europe et la participation en ligne en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il n\u2019existe toujours pas suffisamment d\u2019informations syst\u00e9matis\u00e9es sur les outils num\u00e9riques pour la participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels en particulier. Par cons\u00e9quent, un consortium europ\u00e9en dirig\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mener cette \u00e9tude sur les outils de participation num\u00e9rique pour l\u2019engagement des jeunes dans la gouvernance locale afin de recueillir des exemples pratiques d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques qui renforcent la participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local. Ces outils et pratiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rassembl\u00e9s dans toute l'Europe, avec un accent particulier sur les pays du consortium du projet, la Belgique, l'Italie, le Portugal et la Slov\u00e9nie, et sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 servir de ressource pour les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs, les organisations et les municipalit\u00e9s dans leur travail visant \u00e0 encourager la participation locale des jeunes.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agissait de la derni\u00e8re manifestation du projet Erasmus + KA2 \u00abDigital Participation Tools for Youth Engagement in Local Governance\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec Tree company (Belgique), ARS for Progress of People (Italie), In\u0161titut za elektronsko participacijo \u2013 INePA (Slov\u00e9nie) et GIShub I GIScience for Humanity (Italie), avec le soutien de l\u2019agence nationale portugaise.<\/div>\n
