{"id":5655,"date":"2022-04-30T16:20:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-30T15:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5549"},"modified":"2022-04-30T16:20:44","modified_gmt":"2022-04-30T15:20:44","slug":"study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capacitating-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-process-at-the-local-level","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capacitating-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-process-at-the-local-level\/","title":{"rendered":"Session d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00abClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u00bb (Monter l\u2019\u00e9chelle \u2013 Capacit\u00e9 des animateurs de jeunesse \u00e0 faciliter la participation des jeunes au processus d\u00e9cisionnel au niveau local)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une session d\u2019\u00e9tude intitul\u00e9e \u00abClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u00bb a eu lieu au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe, \u00e0 Strasbourg, entre 24 et 24 heures.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i\u00e8me<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 29<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i\u00e8me<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le mois d'avril a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par le R\u00e9seau DYPALL et l'Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d'Europe (AER), en coop\u00e9ration avec le D\u00e9partement de la Jeunesse du Conseil de l'Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant toute la semaine, 25 jeunes leaders de 22 pays diff\u00e9rents ont eu l'occasion de d\u00e9velopper leurs connaissances en mati\u00e8re de participation des jeunes et d'acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences et des outils pratiques pour renforcer leur impact potentiel en tant que jeunes militants et multiplicateurs dans leurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues \u00e0 partir de publications pertinentes du CdE dans le domaine de la participation des jeunes, telles que \u00abDonnez votre avis! Manuel sur la Charte europ\u00e9enne r\u00e9vis\u00e9e de la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la vie locale et r\u00e9gionale\u00bb. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces points de d\u00e9part, les participants ont eu l'occasion de partir d'un point plus large pour construire activement un plan d'action pour lancer une action pertinente dans leurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La session d\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par la contribution significative de notre expert externe Hrvoje Kova\u010d, qui a explor\u00e9 l\u2019\u00ab\u00e9chelle de participation\u00bb et a \u00e9t\u00e9 fournie par l\u2019outil pratique \u00abAdvocacy Cycle\u00bb de l\u2019ARE, afin que les participants aient une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du sujet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce processus d'apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodologies, telles qu'un jeu de simulation fourni par l'\u00e9quipe, afin de donner un aper\u00e7u clair de la fa\u00e7on d'approcher les donateurs et les institutions pour obtenir le financement de leurs projets.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le principal r\u00e9sultat final, outre le plan d\u2019action que chaque participant a \u00e9labor\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 de lancer la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00abconseil de la jeunesse du r\u00e9seau DYPALL\u00bb qui apportera un soutien \u00e9clair\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisation afin de rendre ses projets plus conformes aux besoins et aux objectifs des jeunes et de favoriser son action visant \u00e0 revitaliser la d\u00e9mocratie pluraliste dans le processus d\u00e9cisionnel au niveau local, ce qui est conforme aux objectifs fondamentaux du d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
