Ce fut \u00e9galement l'occasion de clore ce projet de trois ans, de r\u00e9sumer ses r\u00e9sultats et de planifier d'\u00e9ventuelles activit\u00e9s de suivi.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les r\u00e9sultats du projet sont disponibles sur le site web du projet (<a href=\"http:\/\/micreate.eu\">micreate.eu<\/a>), entre autres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micreate.eu\/index.php\/policy-lab\/\">Notes d'orientation et recommandations europ\u00e9ennes et nationales<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micreate.eu\/index.php\/integration-lab\/\">outils pratiques pour les enseignants: manuel de bonnes pratiques et d\u2019applications num\u00e9riques pour une \u00e9ducation inclusive<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micreate.eu\/index.php\/reports\/\">rapports sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de la technique, les communaut\u00e9s d\u2019accueil, les communaut\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives et les syst\u00e8mes scolaires ou travaux de terrain dans les \u00e9coles<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet MiCreate vise \u00e0 stimuler l'inclusion de divers groupes d'enfants migrants en adoptant une approche centr\u00e9e sur l'enfant de l'int\u00e9gration des enfants migrants aux niveaux \u00e9ducatif et politique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre sous la forme d'un projet Horizon 2020 par un consortium de 15 partenaires europ\u00e9ens dirig\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/zrskp?__cft__[0]=AZXUsN8sA7LrYeDiOcTNh08JgNXBSLDZk8VRKbnBsZXrQZAGuf9inViM_jz4TdG-elA4SDzKlducPlaAgfcbX9yl2yoaLsmfVOn3GquEx5iX56y3-yg-y4t6bFT5o6qS5zSHWx6OsWbrkcRrPY3OOHy-TfO_gcj2dh0hlOiXR8I2o8znc4Y2cV-1i-C9BFs9JB3zGTmm4oSSpUQYsM3ullpW&amp;__tn__=-]K-R\">Znanstveno-raziskovalno sredi\u0161\u010de Koper,<\/a> Il \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur des recherches sur le terrain dans 10 pays et des dizaines d'\u00e9tablissements d'enseignement. La plus grande innovation du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'APPROCHE ENFANT-CENTRED dans toutes les activit\u00e9s de recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Qu'est-ce qu'une approche centr\u00e9e sur l'enfant?
