Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent dans la derni\u00e8re phase du projet de coop\u00e9ration internationale \u00abCONNECT: Autonomisation pour la participation politique et civique des jeunes migrants\u00bb, qui a impliqu\u00e9 des partenaires de quatre pays africains et de cinq pays europ\u00e9ens avec le soutien de la Commission europ\u00e9enne.<\/div>\n

La r\u00e9union s\u2019est tenue du 22 au 27 juin 2018 \u00e0 S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 e Pr\u00edncipe, l\u2019un des plus petits pays d\u2019Afrique. Outre l'\u00e9valuation des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s du projet et des r\u00e9sultats obtenus au cours des deux ann\u00e9es de ce projet de coop\u00e9ration, il a \u00e9galement permis aux partenaires d'interagir avec les organisations locales et les autorit\u00e9s publiques. Cela a conduit \u00e0 la prise de conscience de l'importance de poursuivre les travaux sur le th\u00e8me de l'autonomisation politique des jeunes, en mettant particuli\u00e8rement l'accent sur les minorit\u00e9s, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l'accent mis sur ces groupes est presque inexistant. Les partenaires sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la conclusion qu'il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire et que ce type d'\u00e9change de pratiques et d'approches peut \u00eatre r\u00e9ellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour toutes les organisations impliqu\u00e9es.<\/div>\n

S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 est un pays o\u00f9 plus de 70% de la population sont des enfants et des jeunes, nous pouvons donc imaginer l'impact que l'autonomisation de la participation de cette grande partie de la population pourrait avoir. Travailler \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision contribuerait non seulement \u00e0 impliquer la majorit\u00e9 de la population dans la construction de leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9, mais aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une bonne gouvernance et des d\u00e9mocraties plus de qualit\u00e9, ce qui est pertinent \u00e0 la fois pour les pays africains et europ\u00e9ens. Il y a encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire dans ce domaine sur les deux continents ainsi que beaucoup de choses que nous pouvons apprendre ensemble sur ce sujet.<\/div>\n

C'\u00e9tait une occasion unique pour l'\u00e9quipe DYPALL de pouvoir contribuer avec son exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 un tel projet de coop\u00e9ration et de soutenir tous les partenaires et organisateurs dans une aventure d'apprentissage aussi \u00e9tonnante qui a rejoint les deux continents.<\/div>\n
