{"id":5474,"date":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5474"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","slug":"youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/training-course\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/","title":{"rendered":"La jeunesse prend le plancher: UN COURS DE FORMATION SUR LA COMMENT ACCRO\u00ceTRE LA PARTICIPATION DES JEUNES \u00c0 LA D\u00c9CISION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les jeunes prennent la parole: un cours de formation sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019accro\u00eetre la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL du 20 au 26 mars 2022 \u00e0 Braga, au Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeunes leaders, animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs et responsables municipaux de la jeunesse de 13 pays du Conseil de l'Europe <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ont pu participer activement au partage de l'espace pour mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le des jeunes leaders dans nos d\u00e9mocraties et am\u00e9liorer les processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les participants ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences pour cr\u00e9er et soutenir des structures et des instruments de participation des jeunes qui permettent aux jeunes d'influencer et de participer \u00e0 la conception des politiques locales de la jeunesse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de la formation, les participants ont visit\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Centre jeunesse Braga<\/a>, qui vise \u00e0 \u00eatre un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des normes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de haute qualit\u00e9 pour le travail avec les jeunes. Ils ont \u00e9galement eu un aper\u00e7u de l'organisation de la 1\u00e8re rencontre nationale des conseils locaux de la jeunesse au Portugal, dirig\u00e9e par les municipalit\u00e9s de Braga et de Porto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, les participants en ont appris davantage sur le financement de leurs projets par rapport \u00e0 des fonds tels que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Fondation europ\u00e9enne pour la jeunesse<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formation a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs sur la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9velopper leur travail dans les structures participatives des jeunes au niveau local en int\u00e9grant et en explorant des plateformes num\u00e9riques telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour le rechargement de la d\u00e9mocratie<\/a> ou<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> Le kit Changemakers<\/a>, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui peut am\u00e9liorer la participation des jeunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 cofinanc\u00e9e par la Fondation europ\u00e9enne pour la jeunesse du Conseil de l'Europe et organis\u00e9e avec le soutien de la municipalit\u00e9 de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
