Exploiter l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique pour la participation des jeunes au niveau local\u00bb, organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec le d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse \u00e0 Strasbourg entre le 27 septembre et le 3 octobre 2020. Le format de la session d'\u00e9tude nous a permis d'inviter 3 experts et conf\u00e9renciers externes:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Tree Company<\/a> (Belgique) ont anim\u00e9 des ateliers pratiques sur la planification d'un processus de participation \u00e9lectronique r\u00e9ussi, en pr\u00e9sentant leur m\u00e9thodologie, leurs outils et leurs bonnes pratiques sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> facilit\u00e9 une simulation pratique sur leur plate-forme de gouvernance \u00e9lectronique, probablement le logiciel le plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et le plus complexe disponible en Europe<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd de <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexus Institut pour la gestion de la coop\u00e9ration et la recherche interdisciplinaire<\/a> (Allemagne) nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leur projet:<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 La participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes facilit\u00e9e<\/a>et nous a permis de nous entra\u00eener \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des projets et des id\u00e9es \u00e0 travers <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> plateforme \u2013 un outil gratuit de participation en ligne con\u00e7u pour les jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, les participants ont eu l'occasion de discuter et de comparer les questions essentielles de la participation des jeunes et de l'e-participation telles que l'acc\u00e8s, la communication, les d\u00e9fis ou les menaces. \u00e9tudi\u00e9 et \u00e9chang\u00e9 les bonnes pratiques de l'e-participation des jeunes et \u00e9labor\u00e9 10 principes d'utilisation de l'e-participation des jeunes. Dans le but de cr\u00e9er des strat\u00e9gies et des id\u00e9es de suivi r\u00e9ussies, les participants se sont renseign\u00e9s sur les possibilit\u00e9s de financement et ont r\u00e9dig\u00e9 des id\u00e9es de projets locaux et internationaux, \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre dans un avenir proche. En outre, avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019activit\u00e9, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9s et contact\u00e9s par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un <strong>Discord<\/strong> canal, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour: fournir du mat\u00e9riel, en apprendre davantage sur les attentes des participants, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs questions et apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre avant l\u2019activit\u00e9, ainsi que fournir des mises \u00e0 jour, des ateliers, le vote et l\u2019interaction dans une sph\u00e8re num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des trois prochains mois, un rapport complet r\u00e9sumant les r\u00e9sultats de la session d'\u00e9tude sera publi\u00e9. D\u00e9j\u00e0 mercredi, le R\u00e9seau DYPALL pr\u00e9sentera les r\u00e9sultats de ces 2 sessions d'\u00e9tude lors de la M\u00e9ta-Universit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le Centre Nord-Sud du Conseil de l'Europe.
