L'objectif du projet \u00e9tait d'accro\u00eetre l'activit\u00e9 civique des jeunes de la commune de Zalewo en mettant en \u0153uvre le mod\u00e8le d'activation des jeunes bas\u00e9 sur les exemples partag\u00e9s par les organisations portugaises au cours d'une <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">visite d'\u00e9tude \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les formateurs du r\u00e9seau DYPALL se sont rendus en Pologne pour soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019activit\u00e9 locale de participation des jeunes. Mardi et mercredi, nous avons form\u00e9 20 jeunes et 4 enseignants de 4 \u00e9coles des zones rurales locales, qui ont appris la participation des jeunes et leur pouvoir de changer leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9 locale. Suivant une m\u00e9thodologie de conception-pens\u00e9e, les jeunes ont analys\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes et les besoins de leurs pairs, d\u00e9fini les probl\u00e8mes existants, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 des solutions possibles et finalement cr\u00e9\u00e9 et test\u00e9 des prototypes de leurs id\u00e9es devant leurs directeurs d'\u00e9cole. Les initiatives pr\u00e9vues seront mises en \u0153uvre au cours du premier semestre de l'ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le reste de la visite a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la visite d'\u00e9tude \u00e0 I\u0142awa. Les rencontres avec les syndicats d'\u00e9tudiants locaux et le conseil local de la jeunesse nous ont permis de mieux comprendre les diff\u00e9rences entre les structures de participation des jeunes et de partager avec les jeunes et les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs une partie des bonnes pratiques europ\u00e9ennes cartographi\u00e9es par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL dans l'\u00e9tude en cours sur les mod\u00e8les de participation des jeunes.
