Exploiter l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique pour la participation des jeunes au niveau local\u00bb, organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec le d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse \u00e0 Strasbourg entre le 27 septembre et le 3 octobre 2020.
