{"id":4584,"date":"2020-11-27T17:42:35","date_gmt":"2020-11-27T17:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=4584"},"modified":"2020-11-27T17:42:35","modified_gmt":"2020-11-27T17:42:35","slug":"artificial-intelligence-how-can-youth-take-part","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/artificial-intelligence-how-can-youth-take-part\/","title":{"rendered":"Intelligence artificielle: Comment les jeunes peuvent-ils participer?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Du 23 au 27 novembre 2020, le Conseil de l'Europe a organis\u00e9 un s\u00e9minaire <em>Intelligence artificielle: Comment les jeunes peuvent-ils participer?<\/em><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">L'objectif du s\u00e9minaire \u00e9tait de r\u00e9pondre aux questions suivantes:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Que doivent savoir les jeunes pour se sentir impliqu\u00e9s dans les processus sociaux, technologiques et politiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'IA?<\/li>\n<li>Que devraient prendre en compte les acteurs publics et priv\u00e9s de l\u2019IA pour permettre des espaces de participation pour et par les jeunes, les natifs du num\u00e9rique?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Plus de 80 d\u00e9cideurs, repr\u00e9sentants du secteur de la jeunesse, experts en intelligence artificielle, chercheurs et, surtout, jeunes, ont discut\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re d\u2019ouvrir les processus de gouvernance de l\u2019IA aux jeunes et de veiller \u00e0 ce que leur voix soit entendue. Le s\u00e9minaire s'inscrivait dans la continuit\u00e9 du s\u00e9minaire de 2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth\/artificial-intelligence\">L'intelligence artificielle et son impact sur les jeunes.<\/a><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Le s\u00e9minaire a eu lieu en ligne, ce qui a permis \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de participants de participer activement. Elle sera suivie d\u2019un rapport d\u2019information et d\u2019une d\u00e9claration de la jeunesse sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle. En tant que \u00abnatifs du num\u00e9rique\u00bb, les jeunes ont le premier contact avec l\u2019intelligence artificielle \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e2ge. La plupart d'entre eux ne r\u00e9alisent cependant pas comment cela peut influencer leur vie aujourd'hui et \u00e0 l'avenir. Pendant ce temps, les principales entreprises informatiques sont en concurrence pour cr\u00e9er une innovation perturbatrice en mati\u00e8re d'IA, et les d\u00e9cideurs internationaux tentent de rattraper leur retard, luttant pour adapter les nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements aux cadres juridiques.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Les jeunes devraient faire partie de ces processus d\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques, car l\u2019IA a le pouvoir de fa\u00e7onner leur avenir. Pour adh\u00e9rer, ils ont besoin d'une \u00e9ducation appropri\u00e9e dans ce domaine, qui devrait faire partie du programme d'enseignement formel. Cela signifie que les \u00e9ducateurs formels devront \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopper davantage d'aptitudes et de comp\u00e9tences dans ce domaine. Tout cela devrait pr\u00e9occuper les d\u00e9cideurs nationaux et internationaux, les institutions et les organisations de jeunesse.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bien que l\u2019IA soit un sujet sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans le secteur de la jeunesse, elle est de la plus haute importance pour les jeunes et le r\u00e9seau DYPALL continuera \u00e0 travailler dans ce domaine.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Le s\u00e9minaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 illustr\u00e9 par Vanda Kovacs et certaines de ses photos que nous joignons ci-dessous.
