La mise \u00e0 profit de l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique pour la participation des jeunes au niveau local a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec le d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse \u00e0 Strasbourg (France) entre le 27 septembre et le 3 octobre 2020. L\u2019activit\u00e9 a rassembl\u00e9 19 animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs de 10 \u00c9tats membres et a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re activit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse \u00e0 Strasbourg depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif de la session d'\u00e9tude \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une compr\u00e9hension commune de la participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local et d'\u00e9changer les bonnes pratiques sur le terrain pour promouvoir sa mise en \u0153uvre. Il a servi de forum pour interroger les d\u00e9fis et les opportunit\u00e9s de la participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes, ainsi que pour \u00e9valuer les besoins des organisations de jeunesse qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 garantir une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie et significative des processus de participation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de la session, les participants ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une compr\u00e9hension commune de ce qu'est une participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes et ont appliqu\u00e9 cette dimension num\u00e9rique aux normes bien reconnues du Conseil de l'Europe en mati\u00e8re de participation des jeunes, telles que l'\u00e9chelle de participation, le mod\u00e8le RMSOS ou la Charte europ\u00e9enne r\u00e9vis\u00e9e sur la participation des jeunes \u00e0 la vie locale et r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cela, ils ont appris les \u00e9tudes de cas de la participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels et ont cartographi\u00e9 les pratiques locales dans leurs pays. Ils ont analys\u00e9 les forces, les faiblesses, les opportunit\u00e9s et les menaces de la participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont ils peuvent transf\u00e9rer des solutions num\u00e9riques dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels au niveau local.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de l'activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichi par des contributions importantes d'experts externes sur la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, l'animation socio-\u00e9ducative num\u00e9rique, le programme d'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la citoyennet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique du Conseil de l'Europe et les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par la Fondation europ\u00e9enne pour la jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de l'activit\u00e9, les participants ont eu le temps de planifier et de pr\u00e9senter leurs plans d'action locaux, afin de mettre en \u0153uvre la participation num\u00e9rique des jeunes dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels dans leurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p><a
