Pour cette raison, nous pensons qu'il est important de comprendre quels outils nous utilisons, comment ils collectent, utilisent et stockent nos donn\u00e9es personnelles, et quelles options nous avons, m\u00eame pour les plus simples d'entre eux.<\/p>\n

Les outils suivants permettent aux \u00e9quipes de travailler sur des documents collaboratifs, et deux d'entre elles disposent d'options de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Ces outils tr\u00e8s connus permettent aux gens de cr\u00e9er des partages fichiers texte<\/a>, tableurs<\/a>, et pr\u00e9sentations<\/a> (et beaucoup plus<\/a>), dans le compte Google Drive.<\/p>\n

Les outils sont enti\u00e8rement gratuits et permettent une \u00e9dition et un style faciles, ainsi que le choix parmi de nombreux mod\u00e8les disponibles. Les documents sont accessibles en temps r\u00e9el de partout et sont automatiquement sauvegard\u00e9s. Diff\u00e9rentes personnes peuvent travailler sur le m\u00eame document, en m\u00eame temps, et avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un chat en direct. Etherpad<\/a> est une application web libre de logiciel qui permet la collaboration de groupe en temps r\u00e9el des documents texte. Riseup ne stocke pas les adresses IP, elles n\u00e9cessitent https, et les pads sont automatiquement d\u00e9truits apr\u00e8s 60 jours d'inactivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Avec CryptPad<\/a>, vous pouvez cr\u00e9er rapidement des documents collaboratifs, en acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 un CryptDrive o\u00f9 vous pouvez organiser tous vos pads. Les utilisateurs enregistr\u00e9s gratuits obtiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 50 Mo d'espace, mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 niveau \u00e0 1 Go en raison de la crise. Un document CryptPad peut \u00eatre simplement partag\u00e9 via un lien, \u00e0 la fois en mode lecture seule ou en mode collaboratif.<\/p>\n
