Il a r\u00e9uni des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs de sept pays diff\u00e9rents (Allemagne, Su\u00e8de, Royaume-Uni, Turquie, Italie, Slov\u00e9nie et Lituanie) afin d'explorer l'importance et les d\u00e9fis de la participation des jeunes migrants et des jeunes issus de l'immigration au niveau local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de la formation, les participants ont eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer et de promouvoir les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de coop\u00e9ration entre les autorit\u00e9s locales et les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, en vue de l\u2019inclusion des jeunes migrants dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels; renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences sur la mani\u00e8re de motiver et d\u2019associer activement les jeunes migrants et les jeunes issus de l\u2019immigration \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des communaut\u00e9s dans lesquelles ils vivent; comment accro\u00eetre la participation de toutes les parties prenantes au processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration des jeunes migrants dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels et comment soutenir l\u2019int\u00e9gration des jeunes migrants et d\u00e9velopper chez eux un sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s d\u2019accueil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre du programme, les participants ont visit\u00e9 le CRESCER, un organisme qui travaille \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration des immigrants. Ils ont eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019en apprendre davantage sur le projet \u00ab\u00c9 Uma Vida\u00bb, qui cr\u00e9e des solutions pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des immigrants en mati\u00e8re de logement, et sur l\u2019autre projet \u00abMarhaba\u00bb, qui donne aux immigrants l\u2019occasion de partager leur culture avec la population locale en leur pr\u00e9parant de la nourriture. En outre, les participants ont visit\u00e9 le centre de la jeunesse de l'Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Mais Cidadania (AMC), une organisation dans laquelle les enfants immigr\u00e9s se r\u00e9unissent avec les enfants locaux.
