Dans le cadre du projet \u00abConseils locaux de la jeunesse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, les partenaires du projet ont organis\u00e9 plusieurs activit\u00e9s d\u2019observation en situation de travail<\/strong> pour les animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs engag\u00e9s dans les conseils locaux de la jeunesse. Six participants des pays partenaires du projet ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un programme d\u2019observation en situation de travail de 14 jours entre f\u00e9vrier et mars 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces activit\u00e9s visaient \u00e0 permettre des \u00e9changes bilat\u00e9raux d'animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs qui aideront \u00e0 renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s de soutien. Conseils locaux de la jeunesse.<\/strong> Les activit\u00e9s d'observation professionnelle ont impliqu\u00e9 six participants qui se sont rendus dans un autre pays partenaire du projet, o\u00f9 ils ont appris de premi\u00e8re main les meilleures pratiques pour \u00e9tablir et maintenir un conseil local de la jeunesse de qualit\u00e9 et le rendre plus inclusif, accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation des jeunes et assurer ou am\u00e9liorer la coop\u00e9ration entre le conseil local de la jeunesse et les autorit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Italie et le Maroc ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9change bilat\u00e9ral, ce qui signifie qu'un participant d'Italie a fait une observation professionnelle au Maroc et qu'un participant du Maroc s'est rendu en Italie. La deuxi\u00e8me paire d'\u00e9changes bilat\u00e9raux \u00e9tait la Tunisie et la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, ce qui signifie qu'un participant de Tunisie a fait une observation professionnelle en Mac\u00e9doine du Nord et qu'un participant de Mac\u00e9doine du Nord s'est rendu en Tunisie. Enfin, le Portugal et la Palestine ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9changes bilat\u00e9raux, mais en raison de la situation difficile et des conditions dangereuses en Palestine, au lieu d'envoyer un participant du Portugal en Palestine, deux participants de Palestine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis au Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours des activit\u00e9s d'observation professionnelle, les participants se sont engag\u00e9s dans des moments cr\u00e9atifs pour comprendre comment \u00e9tablir ou am\u00e9liorer leurs conseils locaux de la jeunesse et comment les rendre plus inclusifs, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'ils repr\u00e9sentent vraiment divers groupes de jeunes et qu'ils aient un impact r\u00e9el sur l'\u00e9laboration des politiques au niveau municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le\u00a0\"Conseils locaux de la jeunesse \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle internationale (LYCIS)\"<\/strong>\u00a0Le projet est coordonn\u00e9 par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en partenariat avec\u00a0\u00a0Syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de quotas d'\u00e9mission d'Europiamo<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(Italie),\u00a0Jeunes \u00e0 bord<\/a>\u00a0(Mac\u00e9doine du Nord),\u00a0Institut du Forum des \u00e9tudiants<\/a>\u00a0(Palestine),\u00a0Forum des jeunes marocains pour le troisi\u00e8me mill\u00e9naire<\/a>\u00a0(Maroc),\u00a0Institut Farhat Hached pour la recherche et la d\u00e9mocratie<\/a>\u00a0(Tunisie). Il est financ\u00e9 au titre du programme Erasmus+ de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s dans le domaine de la jeunesse par l\u2019Agence ex\u00e9cutive europ\u00e9enne pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
