DYPALL est fier d'\u00eatre partenaire du Welcomeship, un projet qui vise \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 entre les jeunes migrants et les jeunes locaux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'entrepreneuriat communautaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre les 24<\/span>i\u00e8me<\/span> et 30<\/span>i\u00e8me<\/span> En octobre, DYPALL a particip\u00e9 au projet Welcomeship organis\u00e9 par YEPP EUROPA \u00e0 Stockholm. Au cours de cette semaine, une formation de formateurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie par des partenaires de six pays, tels que le Portugal, la Su\u00e8de, la Finlande, le Royaume-Uni, l'Italie et l'Allemagne. La formation a eu lieu dans diff\u00e9rentes maisons de jeunes et visait \u00e0 former et \u00e0 autonomiser les animateurs de jeunesse et les entra\u00eeneurs de jeunes des organisations partenaires pour qu'ils deviennent des formateurs du cours de bienvenue, en leur apprenant \u00e0 aborder les sujets cl\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re non formelle, participative et innovante et, ainsi, \u00e0 faciliter la compr\u00e9hension et l'engagement des jeunes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce projet cr\u00e9era plusieurs extrants intellectuels, l'un d'eux \u00e9tant le guide qui servira d'outil pour faciliter la formation locale. Un canal youtube sera \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9, o\u00f9 les utilisateurs pourront suivre les diff\u00e9rents tutoriels concernant les cinq modules du guide: \u00abOpening Minds & Doors\u00bb, \u00abEntrepreneurship & Community\u00bb, \u00abIdea Development\u00bb, \u00abThe Market: From Idea to Business\u00bb et \u00abLaunching & Scaling\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

La formation locale aura lieu entre d\u00e9cembre et janvier \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o, rassemblant des jeunes de la ville, en particulier ceux qui sont migrants ou issus de l'immigration. Cinq soir\u00e9es de bienvenue, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements avec divers formats o\u00f9 la communaut\u00e9 peut se r\u00e9unir et partager leurs projets et leurs besoins, seront organis\u00e9es parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la formation locale.<\/span><\/p>\n
