{"id":2852,"date":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","slug":"e-participation-at-a-glance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/e-participation-at-a-glance\/","title":{"rendered":"Panorama de la participation \u00e9lectronique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le r\u00e9seau DYPALL a particip\u00e9 au cours de formation \u00abE<em>-La participation en un coup d'\u0153il<\/em>\u201d organis\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 Cracovie, \u00e0 partir de 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0&#8211; 9<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0F\u00e9vrier 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation internationale a rassembl\u00e9 des jeunes et des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs d'organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile visant \u00e0 partager les bonnes pratiques et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences dans le contexte de la participation des jeunes en ligne aux processus de prise de d\u00e9cision sociale et politique. Il comptait 25 participants repr\u00e9sentant la Pologne, le Portugal, l'Italie, la Slovaquie, l'Estonie, la Gr\u00e8ce et la Mac\u00e9doine.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la formation, les participants se sont engag\u00e9s dans diverses r\u00e9flexions de groupe afin de mieux comprendre la terminologie de la d\u00e9mocratie en ligne et d'analyser les m\u00e9canismes en ligne d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants con\u00e7us pour favoriser la participation des jeunes. Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de cette premi\u00e8re analyse et en se concentrant sur les principaux d\u00e9fis impos\u00e9s \u00e0 la participation \u00e9lectronique des jeunes, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s, dans un deuxi\u00e8me moment de la formation, \u00e0 concevoir et \u00e0 tester leur propre projet d'outils \u00e9lectroniques susceptibles d'\u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre dans le contexte de la d\u00e9mocratie \u00e9lectronique. Ce deuxi\u00e8me moment a impliqu\u00e9 une recherche sur le terrain parmi les jeunes locaux afin que les outils r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s puissent \u00eatre test\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le groupe cible respectif, qui a eu lieu dans la r\u00e9gion. <a href=\"http:\/\/cokrakow.pl\/\"><em>Centrum Obywatelskie<\/em><\/a> (Centre des citoyens). Dans le cadre du programme, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d'entrer en contact avec le travail d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l'organisme public local. <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogspoleczny.krakow.pl\/\"><em>Miejskie Centrum Dialogu<\/em><\/a> de la municipalit\u00e9 de Cracovie.
