\u00c0 partir du 4i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e0 la 8i\u00e8me<\/sup> du mois de d\u00e9cembre 2017, le r\u00e9seau DYPALL \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Buenos Aires (Argentine) pour le s\u00e9minaire \u00abRetos de la participaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica y Caribe<\/em>\u00bb (D\u00e9fis de participation en Am\u00e9rique latine et dans les Cara\u00efbes), organis\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet Erasmus + AC 2 \u00abAYNI : Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s du niveau mondial au niveau local sans laisser personne de c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00bb, mis en \u0153uvre par le Conseil national de la jeunesse espagnol (CJE) en coop\u00e9ration avec le Conseil national de la jeunesse portugais (CNJ), Foro Latinoamericano y Caribe\u00f1o de Juventudes<\/em> (FLACJ), le MIRIM Brasil, le Asociaci\u00f3n para la Promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente<\/em> (APDENA \u2013 Argentine), la Cauce Ciudadano<\/em> (M\u00e9xico) et le Groupe G\u00e9n\u00e9sique Panam\u00e1 Positivo<\/em> (Panam\u00e1).<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre du suivi de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union tenue en septembre 2017 \u00e0 Mollina (Espagne), ce s\u00e9minaire s'inscrit dans le cadre des travaux pr\u00e9paratoires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d'un cours de formation en ligne sur le plaidoyer politique qui aura lieu en janvier\/f\u00e9vrier 2018. Il comptait au total 30 participants, des animateurs socio-\u00e9ducatifs des pays concern\u00e9s, et c'\u00e9tait le dernier moment pour les parties prenantes repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et de partager des id\u00e9es avant que le programme d'apprentissage en ligne n'ait lieu.<\/p>\n

Le programme comprenait un premier moment de conf\u00e9rence, anim\u00e9 par Carlos Cruz (Cauce Ciudadano<\/em>), sur les concepts et mod\u00e8les de participation des jeunes dans les r\u00e9gions d'Am\u00e9rique latine et des Cara\u00efbes combin\u00e9s \u00e0 des actions sur le terrain, telles que la visite Asociaci\u00f3n Madres Plaza de Mayo<\/em>, au cours de laquelle les participants ont eu la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre directement contact avec certains sujets de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale de la jeunesse argentine.<\/p>\n

Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, les parties prenantes ont eu le temps de partager les d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en ce qui concerne les quatre modules pr\u00e9vus pour la formation en ligne et d\u2019\u00e9changer leurs points de vue et leurs attentes en ce qui concerne les contenus et les r\u00e9sultats. Le projet sera mis en \u0153uvre jusqu'\u00e0 la mi-2018 avec un observation en situation de travail <\/em>calendrier des r\u00e9unions apr\u00e8s le cours de formation e-leanring, \u00e0 Madrid (Espagne), et la session de cl\u00f4ture et d\u2019\u00e9valuation qui aura lieu en juin 2018 au Panama.<\/p>\n
