{"id":2693,"date":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","date_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2693"},"modified":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","modified_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","slug":"study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fr\/activity\/study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9tude sur les mod\u00e8les de participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels dans la gouvernance locale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2696\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/survey-final-III-01-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"6031\" height=\"2232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude est men\u00e9e par YP Lab, un centre de ressources et de mobilit\u00e9 au sein de DYPALL ax\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement de la recherche et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s dans le domaine de la participation des jeunes locaux.<\/p>\n<p>L'un de nos objectifs est de d\u00e9velopper des structures et des m\u00e9canismes de participation des jeunes \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision au niveau local, ainsi que d'identifier les meilleures pratiques et d'introduire des approches innovantes de la gouvernance publique en coop\u00e9ration avec les autorit\u00e9s locales et les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile actives dans le domaine de la jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, au sein de YP Lab, nous d\u00e9veloppons une \u00e9tude de cas qui cartographiera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les structures et m\u00e9canismes existants de participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels de la gouvernance locale;<\/li>\n<li>des projets \u00e9ducatifs, des initiatives et des outils qui pr\u00e9parent les jeunes \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la vie politique au niveau local.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 cette fin, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 deux enqu\u00eates correspondantes pour nous aider dans cette activit\u00e9 de cartographie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le point de mire de <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/ZQyNhmO0XPUHFhaz1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Enqu\u00eate 1<\/a><\/span> sont les structures et m\u00e9canismes existants de participation des jeunes aux processus d\u00e9cisionnels de la gouvernance locale. Par exemple, un conseil local de la jeunesse qui est l\u00e9galement \u00e9tabli au sein de la municipalit\u00e9 et qui joue un r\u00f4le consultatif sur les questions relatives \u00e0 la jeunesse.<\/li>\n<li>Le point de mire de<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/8chjlPMHTgLlAIpu1\"> Enqu\u00eate 2<\/a> sont des projets, des initiatives et des outils \u00e9ducatifs qui pr\u00e9parent les jeunes \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la vie politique au niveau local.
