Sur le 11i\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0En septembre, \u00e0 l'Auditorium du Museu de Portim\u00e3o, le R\u00e9seau DYPALL, en partenariat avec la Municipalit\u00e9 de Portim\u00e3o et la Coop\u00e9rative ECOS, a accueilli le\u00a0Conf\u00e9rence internationale \u00abSE+ED \u2013 Entrepreneuriat social et pratiques \u00e9ducatives pour les jeunes\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lors de cette r\u00e9union, les participants ont eu l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur l'importance de l'entrepreneuriat social dans l'\u00e9conomie moderne et sa pertinence particuli\u00e8re dans l'\u00e9conomie d'apr\u00e8s-crise. En outre, cette conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme une plate-forme pour partager les perspectives de l'entrepreneuriat social dans diff\u00e9rents pays. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9 et analys\u00e9 la perspective de d\u00e9veloppement et les d\u00e9fis auxquels cette forme d'entrepreneuriat est confront\u00e9e par l'interm\u00e9diaire des parties prenantes concern\u00e9es. Nous avons abord\u00e9 les questions de la collaboration entre le secteur des entreprises traditionnelles et le secteur des start-ups en pleine croissance, et comment ce lien peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Cette conf\u00e9rence \u00e9tait l'activit\u00e9 finale d'un projet d'un an du m\u00eame nom: SE+ED \u2013 Entrepreneuriat social et pratiques \u00e9ducatives pour les jeunes, <\/strong>soutenue par le Programme Erasmus+<\/strong>, qui avait pour objectif d'offrir une formation m\u00e9thodologique et \u00e9ducative sur l'entrepreneuriat social. Vingt-cinq jeunes, originaires de Gr\u00e8ce, de Pologne, d'Autriche et du Portugal, ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ces activit\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur des m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9change et d'apprentissage non formel.<\/p>\n

Dans ce projet, les participants ont entrepris une formation intensive par des voix exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es dans ce domaine et ils ont eu un forum dans lequel ils ont partag\u00e9 leurs connaissances et leur exp\u00e9rience qu'ils ont apport\u00e9es de leur pays. Les activit\u00e9s et les programmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s en vue d\u2019une utilisation future sur le site web du projet (https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/<\/a><\/span>). Tout au long de la conf\u00e9rence, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la cr\u00e9ation d'une atmosph\u00e8re de travail avec un fort sens de la communaut\u00e9 et de l'esprit international.\u00a0 La conf\u00e9rence s'est conclue par une \u00e9valuation appropri\u00e9e qui peut nous donner une voie d'am\u00e9lioration pour de futurs projets de ce type.<\/p>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des entrepreneurs sociaux, des experts universitaires et des \u00e9tudiants du Portugal, de Pologne, d'Autriche et de Gr\u00e8ce, et leur a permis d'explorer diff\u00e9rentes options sur la fa\u00e7on dont l'entrepreneuriat social peut \u00eatre promu parmi les jeunes, au niveau communautaire, ainsi qu'au niveau national.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats du projet, mis en \u00e9vidence lors de la conf\u00e9rence, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9change de bonnes pratiques, mais aussi des recommandations qui permettraient aux municipalit\u00e9s de mieux se pencher sur l\u2019entrepreneuriat social et, partant, de mieux soutenir les citoyens et les jeunes en particulier, de lancer leurs propres initiatives et de devenir plus actives dans la recherche de solutions pour leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Toutes les activit\u00e9s du projet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en partenariat avec l'Universit\u00e9 de Mac\u00e9doine de Gr\u00e8ce, Gain and Sustain d'Autriche, Uniwersytet Rzeszowski de Pologne, ECOS du Portugal et le MBM Center for Training and Development du Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n
