Il rel\u00e8ve du directeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce que nous attendons:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 D\u00e9veloppement ind\u00e9pendant de projets internationaux (cours de formation, conf\u00e9rences, s\u00e9minaires) en coordination avec les partenaires charg\u00e9s de la mise en \u0153uvre<br \/>\n\u2022 Assistance des partenaires et gestion de la strat\u00e9gie de communication<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribution \u00e0 la promotion du r\u00e9seau dans les espaces locaux, nationaux et europ\u00e9ens pertinents<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervision du travail quotidien des stagiaires et des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles dans les projets mis en \u0153uvre \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsabilit\u00e9 du travail de bureau de DYPALL en l'absence du directeur (par exemple pendant les vacances)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce qui est important pour nous:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Vous travaillez de mani\u00e8re autonome et avez un sens d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous \u00eates organis\u00e9 et structur\u00e9, capable de suivre plusieurs pistes de travail en parall\u00e8le<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous avez fait vos preuves en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9daction et\/ou de mise en \u0153uvre de projets. Une exp\u00e9rience dans la r\u00e9daction et la mise en \u0153uvre de projets Erasmus+ et \u00abL\u2019Europe pour les citoyens\u00bb est un atout.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous avez une compr\u00e9hension du domaine de la jeunesse en Europe et \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une diversit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bats<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous avez au moins 1-2 ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans des postes pertinents avec le m\u00eame niveau de responsabilit\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous \u00eates capable de fonctionner dans des conditions interculturelles et sociales changeantes<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous ma\u00eetrisez l\u2019anglais (comp\u00e9tences \u00e9crites et orales) et au moins une autre langue europ\u00e9enne.<br \/>\n\u2022 La compr\u00e9hension du portugais est un atout.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous avez des comp\u00e9tences dans les outils de communication (en particulier sur le web)<br \/>\n\u2022 L'exp\u00e9rience des m\u00e9thodes de formation et d'\u00e9ducation est un atout<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous aimez voyager et repr\u00e9senter le R\u00e9seau dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements.
