Le projet repr\u00e9sentait le suivi du travail effectu\u00e9 par les partenaires du r\u00e9seau DYPALL lors des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9ditions du programme avec les visites d'\u00e9tude \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o (Portugal), Borl\u00e4nge et Stockholm (Su\u00e8de) et Grenade (Espagne) en 2017, 2018 et 2019.
