La session d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00abYouth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\u00bb organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau DYPALL en coop\u00e9ration avec le d\u00e9partement de la jeunesse du Conseil de l\u2019Europe s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e du 27 octobre au 1er novembre au Centre europ\u00e9en de la jeunesse de Strasbourg (EYCS), en France. Il a r\u00e9uni 20 jeunes de 16 Etats membres du Conseil de l'Europe, y compris des membres des conseils locaux de la jeunesse et des partis politiques, des responsables de la jeunesse, des travailleurs municipaux et des repr\u00e9sentants \u00e9lus.
