Les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour soutenir les structures et les processus existants de participation des jeunes ou pour encourager la participation en ligne dans des environnements en ligne ou une combinaison des deux qui peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaires. Cette conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 un espace pour certains des outils recueillis pour une \u00e9tude qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux repr\u00e9sentants des municipalit\u00e9s.
