Le pr\u00e9sent rapport pr\u00e9sente la visite d\u2019\u00e9tude qui s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Vila Nova de Gaia, au Portugal, dans le cadre du projet \u00abStimuler la participation des jeunes au niveau local 3\u00bb.
