CHLaYdoscope-hankkeen tavoitteena on tukea yhteis\u00f6perustaisen nuorten johtajuuden kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 innovatiivisella mentorointi- ja ep\u00e4virallisen koulutuksen ohjelmalla, jonka ovat suunnitelleet ja toteuttaneet kokeneet Euroopan luovan keskuksen johtajat (ECHL). Ensisijainen tavoite, johon hankkeessa pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n: \u201dAktiivisen kansalaisuuden, nuorten aloitekyvyn ja nuorten yritt\u00e4jyyden, my\u00f6s sosiaalisen, edist\u00e4minen\u201d.
