DYPALL-verkoston kumppanuushanke \u201dYouth participation for sustainable local democracies\u201d j\u00e4rjestettiin nuorten ja kehityksen 22. yliopistossa Mollinassa Espanjassa 17.\u201324. syyskuuta 2023. PBA:n tarkoituksena on yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 kunnat ja kansalaisyhteiskunnan j\u00e4rjest\u00f6t, jotka ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t nuorten osallistamiseksi paikalliseen p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoon, jotta voidaan lis\u00e4t\u00e4 nuorten osallistumista paikallisten politiikkojen, erityisesti ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6politiikkojen, suunnitteluun. DYPALL-verkosto j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 n\u00e4m\u00e4 toimet Erasmus+ -ohjelman tuella Portugalin kansallisen toimiston kautta. UYD on kansainv\u00e4linen nuorisotapahtuma, joka on osa Euroopan unionin ja Euroopan neuvoston yhteisrahoittamaa iLEGEND III
