Tapahtuma j\u00e4rjestettiin 1.\u20136. syyskuuta Altamurassa Italiassa, ja siihen osallistui 16 nuorta johtajaa 11 eri maasta (jo koulutettuja). <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/fi\/activity\/climbing-the-ladder-fostering-a-culture-of-youth-engagement-cl-ye-training-for-the-pool-of-youth-facilitators-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Viime huhtikuussa Portugalissa<\/a>), jotka kaikki toimivat aktiivisesti nuorisoalalla paikallisyhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategisen kokouksen kaksi keskeist\u00e4 tavoitetta olivat seuraavat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kytke\u00e4 uudelleen yhteen ja tutkia hankkeiden viimeaikaista kehityst\u00e4;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laatia strateginen suunnitelma, johon sis\u00e4ltyy yhteisi\u00e4 tavoitteita ja mahdollisia (paikallisia) toimia, joilla saadaan aikaan vaikutuksia niiden yhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4 ja edistet\u00e4\u00e4n siten korkealaatuisia nuorten osallistumismekanismeja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keskeiset istunnot<\/strong>\u00a0kahden kokeneen fasilitaattorin tukemana:<br>\u2013 luodaan ryhm\u00e4manifesti, jossa pohditaan yhteist\u00e4 n\u00e4kemyst\u00e4 ja ryhm\u00e4identiteetti\u00e4;<br>\u2013 rinnakkaiset ty\u00f6pajat nuorisopolitiikan kehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4 ja keskeisist\u00e4 vaiheista EU:n rahoitusmahdollisuuksien hakemiseksi;<br>\u2013 strategisen suunnitelman laatiminen demokratiaa edist\u00e4vien nuorten reservi\u00e4 varten;<br>\u2013 laatia inspiroiva kirje sidosryhmille, jotka hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4v\u00e4t hankkeen digitaalista alustaa;<br>\u2013 yksil\u00f6n rakenteen ja sis\u00e4ll\u00f6n p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4minen\u00a0<strong><em>\u201dToolbox for Youth Facilitators\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 toinen henkil\u00f6kohtainen toimi on ollut ratkaiseva askel hankkeessa, ja sen ansiosta yhteyshenkil\u00f6iden reservi on voinut jatkaa investointeja valmiuksien kehitt\u00e4miseen, hankkeen tulosten kehitt\u00e4miseen edelleen ja jatkotoimien suunnitteluun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CL-YE-hanketta koordinoi DYPALL-verkosto yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 seuraavien tahojen kanssa: Europiamo ETS (Italia), YEPP EUROPE (Saksa), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norja), EDYN (Slovakia), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Ranska) ja SQLearn (Kreikka), ja sit\u00e4 yhteisrahoitetaan Erasmus+ -ohjelmasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
