Sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 \u201dClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement (CL-YE)\u201d<\/em><\/strong> DYPALL-verkosto j\u00e4rjesti hankkeen yhteydess\u00e4 ensimm\u00e4isen koulutuskurssin nuorten demokratian edist\u00e4jien ryhm\u00e4lle ( Pool of Youth Facilitators for Democracy). Koulutus j\u00e4rjestettiin 7.\u201312. huhtikuuta Portim\u00e3ossa Portugalissa. Siihen osallistui 16 nuorta johtajaa 11 eri maasta, jotka kaikki toimivat aktiivisesti nuorisoalalla paikallisyhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Koulutuksen ensisijaisena tavoitteena oli antaa 18\u201325-vuotiaille nuorille tarvittavat v\u00e4lineet, tiedot ja taidot, joilla tuetaan organisaatioita nuorten osallistumismekanismien t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6npanossa tai tehostamisessa. Osallistujat upotettiin ep\u00e4virallisen koulutuksen menetelmi\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en ja kokeneiden kouluttajien ohjaamina dynaamiseen oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00f6n, jossa he voivat jakaa kokemuksia, kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 osaamista ja rakentaa verkostoja eri puolilta Eurooppaa tulevien vertaistensa kanssa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00e4m\u00e4 peruskoulutus on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 askel CL-YE-aloitteessa. Fasilitaattoriryhm\u00e4 kokoontuu j\u00e4lleen Italiassa strategiseen kokoukseen, joka j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 seuraavien tahojen kanssa: Europiamo ETS<\/strong>, jatkaa valmiuksien kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 edelleen hankkeen tuloksia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL-YE-hanketta koordinoi DYPALL-verkosto yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 seuraavien tahojen kanssa: Europiamo ETS (Italia), YEPP EUROPE (Saksa), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norja), EDYN (Slovakia), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Ranska) ja SQLearn (Kreikka), ja sit\u00e4 yhteisrahoitetaan Erasmus+ -ohjelmasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
