Tavoitteena on kannustaa nuoria osallistumaan paikallishallintoon, jotta p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksenteko nuorten kanssa olisi tehokasta.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hankkeessa keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n ensisijaisesti luomaan kunnille ainutlaatuinen alusta nuorten \u00e4\u00e4nien ja n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmien tehokkaaseen ker\u00e4\u00e4miseen. Lis\u00e4ksi kumppanit pyrkiv\u00e4t luomaan uuden menetelm\u00e4n nuorisodialogin edist\u00e4miseksi paikallistasolla. T\u00e4h\u00e4n sis\u00e4ltyv\u00e4t kattavat suuntaviivat kuulemisten ja osallistavien prosessien j\u00e4rjest\u00e4miseksi digitaalisten v\u00e4lineiden avulla ja dynaamisen vuorovaikutuksen edist\u00e4miseksi silloin, kun nuorilla \u00e4\u00e4nill\u00e4 on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 rooli paikallishallinnossa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hankkeen yhten\u00e4 keskeisen\u00e4 tavoitteena on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 nuorten tietoisuutta ja osallistumista Euroopan parlamentin vaaleihin. Aloitteella pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n kuromaan umpeen t\u00e4m\u00e4 kuilu innovatiivisilla v\u00e4lineill\u00e4, jotta voidaan puuttua siihen, ett\u00e4 monet nuoret ihmiset eiv\u00e4t ole yhteydess\u00e4 perinteisiin poliittisiin j\u00e4rjestelmiin. Hankkeen tavoitteena on parantaa nuorten kansalaisten ja EU:n toimielinten v\u00e4lisi\u00e4 yhteyksi\u00e4 ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 osallistavia ja edustavia poliittisia keskusteluja tekem\u00e4ll\u00e4 prosessista interaktiivisempi, houkuttelevampi ja helpommin l\u00e4hestytt\u00e4v\u00e4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuleviin vaiheisiin kuuluu ty\u00f6kalun suunnittelu ja kehitt\u00e4minen yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 kumppaneiden kesken sek\u00e4 jatkuva ideoiden ja palautteen vaihto. Testausvaiheissa otetaan mukaan nuorisoty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja nuoria, ja tavoitteena on hioa uutta menetelm\u00e4\u00e4 nuorisodialogia varten paikallistasolla ja kouluttaa nuorisoty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 tehokkaasti digitaalisen v\u00e4lineen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseen fyysisess\u00e4 kontekstissa. Perimm\u00e4isen\u00e4 tavoitteena on integroida v\u00e4line pysyv\u00e4ksi ominaisuudeksi, jonka avulla kunnat voivat tehd\u00e4 mielek\u00e4st\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 nuorten
