Nuoriso- ja kehitysyliopisto<\/strong> (UYD) Centro Eurolatinoamericano de Juventudissa (CEULAJ) Mollinassa Espanjassa. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 toiminnalla pyrittiin yhdist\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n kunnat ja kansalaisyhteiskunnan organisaatiot, jotka ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t nuorten osallistumisen puolesta paikallisessa p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksenteossa, jotta voidaan lis\u00e4t\u00e4 nuorten osallistumista paikallisten politiikkojen, erityisesti ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6politiikkojen, suunnitteluun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA:n ensisijaisena tavoitteena oli luoda tila erilaisten realiteettien vaihtamiselle, edist\u00e4\u00e4 hyvi\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4, menetelmi\u00e4 ja v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 samalla yhteisty\u00f6hankkeita, jotka yhdist\u00e4v\u00e4t nuoret, ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6politiikat ja paikalliset demokratiat EU:n nuorisostrategian 2019\u20132027 ja Erasmus+ -ohjelman mukaisesti. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e4m\u00e4n PBA-aloitteen erityistavoitteina oli tuoda yhteen kumppaneita kaikista verkoston maista kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n tiet\u00e4myst\u00e4\u00e4n Euroopan nuorisopolitiikan puitteista, nuorten osallistumisesta ja demokratiahankkeista. Siin\u00e4 pyrittiin selvitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n, miten nuorten osallistuminen paikallisten ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6politiikkojen laatimiseen edist\u00e4\u00e4 vahvempien, kest\u00e4v\u00e4mpien ja rauhanomaisempien paikallisten demokratioiden rakentamista. Lis\u00e4ksi PBA-aloitteessa kannustettiin nuorisoty\u00f6n asiantuntemuksen, kokemusten ja hyvien k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen vaihtoon paikallistasolla keskittyen hedelm\u00e4llisten ja pitk\u00e4kestoisten kumppanuuksien rakentamiseen. Lopullisena tavoitteena oli kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 nykyisten eurooppalaisten ohjelmien puitteissa uusia hankkeita, joita voitaisiin soveltaa tulevissa m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ajoissa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osallistujat perehtyiv\u00e4t Erasmus+ -ohjelmasta annettavaan tukeen ja tarkastelivat ohjelman painopisteit\u00e4 ja keskeisi\u00e4 toimia v\u00e4linein\u00e4, joilla he voivat tukea hankeideoitaan. He ty\u00f6skenteliv\u00e4t kartoittaakseen paikallisyhteis\u00f6jens\u00e4 keskeisi\u00e4 ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6haasteita ja luodakseen kest\u00e4vi\u00e4 kumppanuuksia n\u00e4ihin haasteisiin vastaamiseksi Erasmus+ -ohjelman tuella. Lis\u00e4ksi he k\u00e4viv\u00e4t hedelm\u00e4llist\u00e4 vuoropuhelua Euroopan komission kansainv\u00e4listen kumppanuuksien p\u00e4\u00e4osaston nuoriso-, koulutus- ja kulttuuriasioista vastaavan yksik\u00f6n nuorisoryhm\u00e4n johtajan Tha\u00efs Lerayn kanssa, mik\u00e4 toi tapahtumaamme arvokasta tietoa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA j\u00e4rjestettiin nuoriso- ja kehitysyliopistossa, joka kokosi 240 osallistujaa 70 kansallisuudesta osallistumaan yhdeks\u00e4\u00e4n samanaikaiseen toimintaan keskittyen erityisesti teemaan:<em><strong> \u201dNuoret, rauha ja ilmastonmuutos\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Osallistujilla oli mahdollisuus verkostoitua, jakaa ja pohtia muiden UYD:n toimintojen osallistujien kanssa t\u00e4ysistuntojen aikana osana yhteist\u00e4 ohjelmaa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Voit tutustua UYD: lle omistettuun verkkosivustoon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">t\u00e4ss\u00e4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PBA:n j\u00e4rjesti DYPALL-verkosto <strong>Erasmus+ -ohjelma<\/strong> kautta <strong>Portugalin kansallinen toimisto<\/strong>. UYD 2023 on kansainv\u00e4linen nuorisotapahtuma, joka on osa <strong>iLEGEND III Yhteinen ohjelma<\/strong> EU:n yhteisrahoittama <strong>Euroopan unioni<\/strong> ja <strong>Euroopan neuvosto<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
