Lis\u00e4ksi ruohonjuuritason liikkeen vaatimuksiin on vastattu poliittisella tahdolla ottaa nuoret mukaan p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoprosesseihin vihre\u00e4mm\u00e4ss\u00e4, digitaalisemmassa ja osallistavammassa eurooppalaisessa yhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4. Nuoret loivat yhdess\u00e4 Euroopan nuorison teemavuoden, joka olisi toteutettava laadukkaassa osallistavassa prosessissa.<\/p>\n<p>Vuosi 2022 on kuitenkin p\u00e4\u00e4ttym\u00e4ss\u00e4, ja uusi \u201dEuroopan osaamisen teemavuosi\u201d seuraa per\u00e4ss\u00e4.
