Digitaalisen innovoinnin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen nuorten osallistumisessa paikallistasolla\u201d, jonka DYPALL Network j\u00e4rjesti yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 Euroopan neuvoston nuoriso-osaston kanssa Euroopan nuorisokeskuksessa Strasbourgissa 27. syyskuuta \u2013 3. lokakuuta 2020. Raportti on saatavilla <a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZ2UMhXZ8kDMuwMEKXRXC54rXJ1IjbO6WQLy\">t\u00e4ss\u00e4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa on kiinnitetty paljon enemm\u00e4n huomiota nuorten s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen osallistumisen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n ulottuvuuteen. Opintojakson muoto antoi meille mahdollisuuden kutsua kolme ulkopuolista asiantuntijaa ja luennoitsijaa:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> alkaen <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Tree Company<\/a> (Belgia) johti k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n ty\u00f6pajoja, joissa k\u00e4siteltiin onnistuneen s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen osallistumisprosessin suunnittelua esittelem\u00e4ll\u00e4 alan menetelmi\u00e4, v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 ja hyvi\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran alkaen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> helpotti k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n simulaatiota s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen hallinnon alustallaan, joka on luultavasti kehittynein ja monimutkaisin Euroopassa saatavilla oleva ohjelmisto<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd alkaen <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexus Yhteisty\u00f6n johtamisen ja monitieteisen tutkimuksen instituutti<\/a> (Saksa) esitteli meille hankkeensa \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Nuorten digitaalisesta osallistumisesta helppoa<\/a>\u201d ja antoi meille mahdollisuuden harjoitella hankkeiden luomista ja ideointia <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> alusta \u2013 nuorille tarkoitettu maksuton s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen osallistumisen v\u00e4line.<\/p>\n<p>Lis\u00e4ksi osallistujilla oli tilaisuus keskustella ja vertailla nuorten osallistumiseen ja s\u00e4hk\u00f6iseen osallistumiseen liittyvi\u00e4 keskeisi\u00e4 kysymyksi\u00e4, kuten saatavuutta, viestint\u00e4\u00e4, haasteita tai uhkia. He tutkivat ja vaihtoivat nuorten s\u00e4hk\u00f6iseen osallistumiseen liittyvi\u00e4 hyvi\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 ja laativat kymmenen periaatetta nuorten s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen osallistumisen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseksi. Onnistuneiden seurantastrategioiden ja -ideoiden luomiseksi osallistujat oppivat rahoitusmahdollisuuksista ja laativat paikallisia ja kansainv\u00e4lisi\u00e4 hankeideoita, jotka toteutetaan l\u00e4hitulevaisuudessa.
