DYPALL on ylpe\u00e4 kumppani Welcomeship-hankkeessa, jonka tavoitteena on kuroa umpeen kuilu nuorten maahanmuuttajien ja paikallisten nuorten v\u00e4lill\u00e4 yhteis\u00f6pohjaisen yritt\u00e4jyyden avulla.<\/span><\/p>\n

24:n v\u00e4lill\u00e4<\/span>th<\/span> ja 30<\/span>th<\/span> Lokakuussa DYPALL osallistui YEPP EUROPAn Tukholmassa j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n Welcomeship-hankkeeseen. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 viikolla j\u00e4rjestettiin kouluttajien koulutus, johon osallistui kumppaneita kuudesta maasta, kuten Portugalista, Ruotsista, Suomesta, Yhdistyneest\u00e4 kuningaskunnasta, Italiasta ja Saksasta. Koulutus j\u00e4rjestettiin eri nuorisotaloissa, ja sen tarkoituksena oli kouluttaa ja voimaannuttaa kumppaniorganisaatioiden nuorisoty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja nuorisovalmentajia tulemaan Welcomeship-kurssin kouluttajiksi ja opettamaan heit\u00e4 toimittamaan keskeiset aiheet ep\u00e4virallisella, osallistavalla ja innovatiivisella tavalla ja siten helpottamaan nuorten ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja sitoutumista.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hankkeella luodaan useita \u00e4lyllisi\u00e4 tuotoksia, joista yksi on opaskirja, jota k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n paikallisen koulutuksen helpottamiseen. Lis\u00e4ksi luodaan youtube-kanava, jossa ihmiset voivat seurata opaskirjan viitt\u00e4 moduulia koskevia erilaisia opetusohjelmia: \u201dOpening Minds & Doors\u201d, \u201dEntrepreneurship & Community\u201d, \u201dIdea Development\u201d, \u201dThe Market: Ideasta liiketoimintaan\u201d ja \u201dLaunching & Scaling\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paikallinen koulutus j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n joulukuun ja tammikuun v\u00e4lisen\u00e4 aikana Portim\u00e3ossa, ja siihen osallistuu kaupungin nuoria, erityisesti maahanmuuttajia tai maahanmuuttajataustaisia. Paikallisen koulutuksen rinnalla j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n viisi Welcomeship-iltaa, tapahtumia eri muodoissa, joissa yhteis\u00f6 voi kokoontua yhteen ja jakaa projektejaan ja tarpeitaan.<\/span><\/p>\n
