Politiikan uudistamista koskevan CLRAE:n aloitteen puitteissa Euroopan neuvoston paikallis- ja aluehallintoasiain kongressi kutsuu yhden nuoren kustakin j\u00e4senvaltiosta Strasbourgiin osallistumaan aktiivisesti sen 32. ja 33. istuntoon ja kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n omaa ruohonjuuritason hankettaan kotona.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Euroopan neuvosto haluaa kannustaa useampia nuoria osallistumaan aktiivisesti kansalaisyhteiskunnan vahvistamiseen Euroopassa ja puolustamaan ihmisoikeuksien, kulttuurisen monimuotoisuuden ja sosiaalisen yhteenkuuluvuuden arvoja. Se haluaa my\u00f6s edist\u00e4\u00e4 ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 nuorisopolitiikkaa painottaen erityisesti nuorten osallistumista. T\u00e4m\u00e4n suuntauksen t\u00e4ydent\u00e4miseksi Euroopan neuvoston paikallis- ja aluehallintoasiain kongressi on tarkastellut l\u00e4hemmin nuorten osallistumista.<\/p>\n

Kongressi on siksi lokakuusta 2014 l\u00e4htien kutsunut eri taustoista tulevia nuoria \u2013 nuorisoaktivisteja, nuorisoty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4, opiskelijoita ja nuoria poliitikkoja \u2013 osallistumaan istuntoihinsa, vaikuttamaan keskusteluihin ja keskustelemaan kongressin j\u00e4senten kanssa esityslistalla olevista kysymyksist\u00e4.\u00a0 Vuodesta 2016 l\u00e4htien heid\u00e4t on kutsuttu osallistumaan molempiin istuntoihin, ja he ovat osallistuneet kongressin ty\u00f6h\u00f6n koko vuoden ajan.\u00a0Osana nuorten edustajien osallistumista vuonna 2016 heid\u00e4t kutsuttiin ensimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 kertaa kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n omia hankkeitaan paikallis- ja aluetasolla. Nuorisoedustajat, yksi kustakin j\u00e4senvaltiosta, istuvat istuntosalissa kongressin j\u00e4senten rinnalla koko istunnon ajan.\u00a0 Ennen jokaista istuntoa j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n yksip\u00e4iv\u00e4inen valmisteluistunto, joka toteutetaan ep\u00e4virallisen koulutuksen periaatteiden mukaisesti, ja tervetuloilta.\u00a0 Nuorten edustajien on sitouduttava osallistumaan kaikkiin kahteen vuoden 2017 istuntoon: maaliskuuta ja 16. lokakuuta (klo 19.00) 30. maaliskuuta ja 20. lokakuuta (klo 17.00) pidett\u00e4viin selontekoistuntoihin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
