Susanalla on psykologian tutkinto Algarven yliopistosta (UALG). Opiskellessaan h\u00e4n oli yksi NEPSI: n (psykologian opiskelijoiden yhdistys) perustajista Farossa. Valmistumisensa j\u00e4lkeen h\u00e4n ty\u00f6skenteli kouluissa ja nuorisoon liittyviss\u00e4 laitoksissa ja osallistui syv\u00e4sti koulutusymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ihin. H\u00e4n on ollut kiinte\u00e4 osa opiskelukeskusta kahdeksan vuoden ajan ja auttanut 6\u201318-vuotiaita opiskelijoita yhdist\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 psykologisen taustansa akateemiseen tukeen nuorten mielen kasvun ja selviytymiskyvyn edist\u00e4miseksi.
